Anweisungen

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper; cook for 1 minute.
