Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour and powdered sugar.
- In another bowl, whisk egg whites until frothy.
- Add granulated sugar gradually while whisking until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in the almond mixture and vanilla extract gently.
- Add food coloring to reach desired color.
- Pipe small circles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Let them sit for 30 minutes to form a skin.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, then cool.
- Fill with buttercream or ganache.
