A simple and delicious Thanksgiving meal designed for two people.

- 1 turkey breast (2–3 pounds)
- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cranberry sauce (optional)
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan.
- Mix the stuffing mix with chicken broth and spoon it around the turkey.
- Cover the pan with foil and roast for 1.5 hours.
- Boil potatoes until tender, then drain.
- Add butter and milk to the potatoes, mash until smooth.
- Steam green beans until crisp-tender.
- Serve turkey with stuffing, mashed potatoes, and green beans. Add cranberry sauce if desired.
