A delicious and traditional Thanksgiving meal featuring turkey, stuffing, and all the classic sides.

- 1 whole turkey (12–14 pounds)
- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- 2 cups gravy
- 1 can cranberry sauce
- 1 pumpkin pie
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the stuffing by sautéing celery and onion in butter.
- Mix the stuffing with chicken broth and place it inside the turkey.
- Roast the turkey in the oven for about 3-4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- While the turkey cooks, prepare mashed potatoes and gravy.
- Once the turkey is done, let it rest for 20 minutes before carving.
- Serve with cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie.
Notes
- Make sure to thaw the turkey in advance if frozen.
- You can prepare the stuffing a day before.
- Leftover turkey can be used for sandwiches.
