Thanksgiving meatballs made in a crockpot for easy preparation.
Zutaten
Skala
- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 jar (24 oz) cranberry sauce
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
Anweisungen
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs.
- Place the meatballs in the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, mix cranberry sauce and barbecue sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the meatballs in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until meatballs are cooked through.
Notes
- Serve with toothpicks for easy eating.
- Can be kept warm in the crockpot for serving.
- Adjust the sauce to your taste preference.
