- Beef brisket – 5 lbs
- Pork shoulder – 4 lbs
- Chicken thighs – 3 lbs
- Garlic – 6 cloves, minced
- Onion – 2, chopped
- Beef broth – 2 cups
- BBQ sauce – 1 cup

Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Season the meats with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Sear the beef brisket and pork shoulder until browned on all sides.
- Add garlic and onion, cooking until softened.
- Transfer meats to a roasting pan.
