- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, sauté the onions and bell peppers until soft.
- Add the diced potatoes and cook until tender.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine the sautéed vegetables with the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can add cooked sausage or bacon for extra flavor.
- Feel free to use any cheese of your choice.
