- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs

Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, heavy cream, sugar, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350°F and bake for an additional 40 minutes.
- Let the pie cool before serving.
