- 4 pounds of potatoes
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup of chopped chives
Anweisungen
- Peel and chop the potatoes into chunks.
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
- Add heavy cream and butter to the potatoes.
- Mash the potatoes until smooth.
- Stir in cheese, salt, pepper, and chives.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
