Zutaten
- Turkey – 1 whole (12-14 lbs)
- Butter – 1 cup
- Salt – 2 tablespoons
- Pepper – 1 tablespoon

Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the turkey by removing the giblets and patting it dry.
- Rub butter all over the turkey and season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Stuff the turkey with stuffing mix.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and add chopped vegetables around it.
- Pour chicken broth into the pan.
- Roast the turkey for about 3-4 hours, basting every hour.
