- 4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil the sweet potatoes in a pot until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain and mash the sweet potatoes in a large bowl.
- Add butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well.
- Spread the mixture into a baking dish.
- Top with mini marshmallows.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown.
Notes
- You can add chopped nuts for extra crunch.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
