  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a sheet cake pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time.
  5. Mix in pumpkin puree and vanilla extract.
  6. Alternate adding the dry ingredients and buttermilk to the butter mixture.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
