- 4 cups of diced potatoes
- 1 cup of chopped onions
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Prepare the potatoes by dicing them into small cubes.
- Chop the onions finely.
- In a bowl, mix the potatoes, onions, cheese, sour cream, milk, butter, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the potatoes are tender.
- Stir before serving for a creamy texture.
