- 1 cup sourdough starter
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Anweisungen
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and sugar.
- Add sourdough starter and water, mix until combined.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for 4 hours.
- Shape the dough and place it in a proofing basket.
- Let it proof for another 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Use a mature sourdough starter for best results.
- Let the bread cool before slicing.
