Zutaten
- Turkey – 1 whole (12-14 lbs)
- Butter – 1 cup
- Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- Rosemary – 2 tbsp, chopped
- Thyme – 2 tbsp, chopped
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
- Stuffing mix – 1 box
- Green beans – 1 lb
- Cranberry sauce – 1 can
- Pumpkin pie – 1 (store-bought or homemade)
Anweisungen
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the turkey by rubbing it with butter, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the turkey with prepared stuffing mix.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
- Roast for 2.5 to 3 hours or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- While the turkey cooks, steam green beans until tender.
- Serve turkey with cranberry sauce and green beans.
- Finish the meal with pumpkin pie for dessert.

- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
- Use cooking juices to make gravy.
