- 4 large sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Pierce the sweet potatoes with a fork and bake for 45 minutes or until soft.
- Let the sweet potatoes cool, then peel and mash them in a bowl.
- Add brown sugar, butter, milk, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the mashed sweet potatoes. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with mini marshmallows.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown.

- For a healthier option, reduce the sugar amount.
- You can add chopped pecans on top for crunch.
