- 1 pie crust
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup evaporated milk
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pie crust and place it in a tart pan.
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, eggs, and evaporated milk.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream on top.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- You can substitute the pumpkin with sweet potato for a different flavor.
