  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 24 ladyfinger cookies
  • Cocoa powder for dusting
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

Anweisungen

  1. In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice.
  2. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Dip ladyfingers in coffee quickly and layer them in a dish.
  5. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  6. Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers.
  7. Top with the remaining mascarpone mixture.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  9. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.
