- 1 block firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the tofu into cubes.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add tofu cubes to the mixture and toss to coat.
- Spread the tofu on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- For extra flavor, marinate the tofu for an hour before baking.
