- 1 cup of pumpkin puree
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- Chocolate chips for decoration
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Add chocolate chips on top for decoration.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.

- These treats can be served warm or at room temperature.
