  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • Fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary, sage)

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Remove the giblets from the turkey.
  3. Pat the turkey dry with paper towels.
  4. Rub the softened butter all over the turkey.
  5. Season the turkey inside and out with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
