  • 1 teaspoon of rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Anweisungen

  1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water.
  2. In a pot, bring vegetable broth to a boil.
  3. Add quinoa and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. In a skillet, sauté onions, garlic, carrots, and celery until soft.
  5. Add spinach and herbs, cook until spinach wilts.
