This is the best beef tips and gravy recipe that you can make at home.
Zutaten

- 2 lbs beef tips
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Anweisungen
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add beef tips and brown on all sides.
- Remove beef and set aside.
- Add onion and garlic; sauté until translucent.
- Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
- Return beef to the skillet.
- Add beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Dissolve cornstarch in a little water and stir into the gravy.
- Cook until gravy thickens.
Notes
- Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Freeze leftovers for up to 2 months.
