  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Anweisungen

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add beef tips and brown on all sides.
  3. Remove beef and set aside.
  4. Add onion and garlic; sauté until translucent.
  5. Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Return beef to the skillet.
  7. Add beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  8. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  9. Dissolve cornstarch in a little water and stir into the gravy.
  10. Cook until gravy thickens.
