- 1 can of pineapple slices in juice
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1 cup of shredded coconut
- 1 cup of crushed graham crackers

Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Drain the pineapple and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, coconut, and crushed graham crackers.
- Add melted butter and vanilla extract to the mixture and stir well.
- In a baking dish, arrange the pineapple slices at the bottom.
- Spread the coconut mixture evenly over the pineapple.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
