This is the easiest southern peach cobbler recipe you will ever make.

- 2 cups fresh peaches, sliced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the sliced peaches with 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla extract. Set aside.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, remaining sugar, and salt.
- Add milk and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Spread the peach mixture over the batter.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
