- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 2 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup fried onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, cook the diced potatoes in boiling water until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Add the green beans to the pot and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and green beans.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the drained vegetables to the mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with fried onions.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
