- 1 block firm tofu (14 oz)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon sage
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
Anweisungen
- Press the tofu to remove excess water.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the tofu in the mixture.
- Place tofu in a baking dish and pour vegetable broth around it.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Sprinkle nutritional yeast before serving.
