  • 2 cups mixed berries
  • 2 cups custard
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup sherry (optional)

Anweisungen

  1. Cut sponge cake into cubes.
  2. Layer half of the sponge cake in a trifle dish.
  3. Drizzle sherry over the cake if using.
  4. Add half of the mixed berries on top.
  5. Spread half of the custard over the berries.
  6. Add half of the whipped cream on top of the custard.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
