Zutaten

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
