  • 1 avocado ( mashed )
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of whole grain bread
  • Lettuce leaves

Anweisungen

  1. In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, mashed avocado, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Toast the bread slices if desired.
  4. Spread the tuna salad mixture on two slices of bread.
  5. Add lettuce leaves on top of the tuna salad.
  6. Top with the remaining slices of bread.
  7. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
