- 1 can of tuna ( drained )
- 1 avocado ( mashed )
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 4 slices of whole grain bread
- Lettuce leaves
Anweisungen
- In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, mashed avocado, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Toast the bread slices if desired.
- Spread the tuna salad mixture on two slices of bread.
- Add lettuce leaves on top of the tuna salad.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread.
- Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
