A classic turkey dressing recipe perfect for Thanksgiving.

- 1 loaf of bread, cubed
- 1 cup of celery, chopped
- 1 cup of onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon of dried sage
- 1 tablespoon of dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté celery and onion until soft.
- Add sage, thyme, salt, and pepper; stir to combine.
- In a large bowl, combine bread cubes and vegetable mixture.
- Pour chicken broth over the mixture and stir until evenly moistened.
- Transfer dressing to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- You can add cooked sausage for extra flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- Prepare a day ahead and refrigerate; bake before serving.
