A simple and delicious turkey pockets recipe using deli turkey.
Zutaten
Skala
- 2 whole wheat tortillas
- 6 slices deli turkey
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
- Spread mayonnaise evenly on each tortilla.
- Layer deli turkey slices on top of the mayonnaise.
- Add shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.
- Sprinkle cheese over the top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll tightly from the bottom.
- Cut in half and serve.
Notes
- Use any type of cheese you prefer.
- Feel free to add other vegetables.
- Wrap tightly to prevent filling from falling out.
