- 1 whole turkey breast (about 4 pounds)
- 2 cups spinach, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Butterfly the turkey breast and pound it to an even thickness.
- In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the turkey breast.
- Roll the turkey tightly and secure it with kitchen twine.
- Place the roulade in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 1.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
