Tuscan garlic chicken pita pizzas are a flavorful and easy meal option. They combine tender chicken, garlic, and fresh ingredients on a crispy pita base.

- 2 whole wheat pitas
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread marinara sauce evenly over each pita.
- Add the shredded chicken and minced garlic on top of the sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the chicken.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes and basil on top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before slicing.
