Zutaten

- 1 cup ube halaya
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package ladyfinger cookies
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Anweisungen
- In a bowl, mix ube halaya and mascarpone cheese until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream and sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold whipped cream into the ube mixture.
- Dip ladyfinger cookies in brewed coffee briefly.
- Layer dipped ladyfingers at the bottom of a jar.
- Add a layer of ube mixture on top of the ladyfingers.
- Repeat layers until the jar is full.
- Finish with a dusting of cocoa powder.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh ube if available for better flavor.
- Adjust sugar to taste based on sweetness preference.
