- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups bread crumbs

- 1 cup chopped onion

- 1 tablespoon sage
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the turkey by removing giblets and patting it dry.
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté onion and celery until soft.
- Add bread crumbs, cranberries, walnuts, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
- Mix well and add vegetable broth to moisten.

- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
- Roast for 3-4 hours, basting every hour.
- Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes to brown the skin.
- Let the turkey rest before carving.
