- 2 cups wild rice

- 1 cup butternut squash, diced

Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the duck with salt and pepper, then roast for 1.5 hours.
- Cook wild rice according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté butternut squash until tender.
- Add cranberries and pecans to the skillet and stir for 5 minutes.
- Combine the wild rice with the sautéed mixture and drizzle with maple syrup.
- Let the duck rest for 10 minutes before carving.
- Serve the carved duck alongside the wild rice mixture.
