- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, butter, and powdered sugar until crumbly.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
- In a saucepan, heat milk over medium heat.
- In another bowl, whisk egg yolks, granulated sugar, and cornstarch.
- Slowly add hot milk to the egg mixture, whisking constantly.
- Return the mixture to the saucepan and cook until thickened.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour custard over the baked crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Cut into squares and serve.
