- 2 cups of green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup of cranberry sauce
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup of vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Boil the potatoes in vegetable broth until tender.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté green beans for 5 minutes.
- Mix garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper into the potatoes.
- Transfer the potato mixture to a baking dish and add cranberry sauce on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm.
