A selection of vegetable sides perfect for Thanksgiving.

- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 cup corn kernels, fresh or frozen
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine green beans, carrots, Brussels sprouts, and corn.
- Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables.
- Add salt, black pepper, and minced garlic; toss to coat.
- Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until tender and slightly caramelized.
- Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley.

- This dish can be made ahead and reheated.
