  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine green beans, carrots, Brussels sprouts, and corn.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables.
  4. Add salt, black pepper, and minced garlic; toss to coat.
