- 1 cup mushrooms, diced
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Anweisungen
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and cook until soft.
- Add minced garlic and diced mushrooms, cooking until mushrooms are browned.
