A delicious selection of veggie side dishes perfect for Thanksgiving.

- 2 cups green beans
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 cup sweet potatoes, cubed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and prepare the vegetables.
- In a large bowl, mix the vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
