- 2 cups of sticky rice
- 1 cup of mung beans
- 500g of pork belly
- 2 tablespoons of fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 banana leaf
Anweisungen
- Soak sticky rice and mung beans overnight.
- Steam mung beans until soft.
- Mix pork belly with fish sauce, sugar, and pepper.
- Layer sticky rice, mung beans, and pork in a banana leaf.
- Wrap tightly and steam for 3 hours.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.

- Use fresh banana leaves for better flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with pickled vegetables.
