Anweisungen
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with white BBQ sauce.
- In another bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Toast sub rolls if desired.
- Fill each sub roll with the BBQ chicken mixture.
- Add coleslaw on top of the chicken.
- Serve immediately.
