A hearty and flavorful white chicken chili made in a crockpot.
Zutaten

- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cans (15 oz each) white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (4 oz) green chilies
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup corn (frozen or canned)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Anweisungen
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add diced onion, minced garlic, white beans, green chilies, chicken broth, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and stir in corn, sour cream, and cheese.
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot and enjoy.

- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- Can be topped with cilantro or avocado.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
