- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups vegetable broth (Whole 30 approved)
- 1 cup carrots, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Pat the turkey dry and place it in a roasting pan.
- Mix olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Rub the mixture all over the turkey.
- In the roasting pan, add the vegetable broth, carrots, celery, and onion around the turkey.
- Roast the turkey for about 3-4 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
