Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

- Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
- Pour drippings or oil into a muffin tin and place in the oven until hot.
- Quickly pour the batter into the hot drippings.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden.
