- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Anweisungen
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture onto the lobster meat.
- Place the lobster tails meat side down on the grill.
- Grill for 5-6 minutes, then flip and grill for another 4-5 minutes.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
