A creamy and rich lobster bisque made in a crockpot.
Zutaten

- 2 cups lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 4 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Add onion, celery, carrots, and garlic to the crockpot.
- Stir in seafood stock, tomato paste, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
- Blend the mixture until smooth using an immersion blender.
- Stir in the lobster meat and heavy cream.
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes on low.
- Serve hot.
