Zutaten

  • 2 cups lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 4 cups seafood stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Anweisungen

  1. Add onion, celery, carrots, and garlic to the crockpot.
  2. Stir in seafood stock, tomato paste, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
  4. Blend the mixture until smooth using an immersion blender.
  5. Stir in the lobster meat and heavy cream.
  6. Cook for an additional 30 minutes on low.
  7. Serve hot.
