- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup heart-shaped sprinkles
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add butter, eggs, vanilla, and milk to the dry ingredients.
- Beat the mixture until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before decorating with frosting and sprinkles.
